Hall Information
  Hello and welcome to St. Anthony. If you have an interest in renting one of our three facilities.....our Multipurpose Room (up to 500 people), our smaller cafeteria room (up to 100 people) in our new school, or our old school cafeteria (up to 65 people) ..... for a wedding reception, birthday party, business meeting, sporting event, re-union, anniversaies, dinner, breakfast, or something similar, please contact our Reservation Manager Gene Koebbe at 573-468-8671. The Multipurose Room rental will include use of 6 ft round tables with comfortable cloth chairs, ice maker, kitchen, two sets of restrooms and lighted asphalt parking area This facility will accommodate 500 people. If you require a smaller facility, consider the new cafeteria which will accommodate 100 people. Or consider our old school hall which will accomodate 65 people. Click on any picture to enlarge it. St. Anthony Rental Guidelines Overview

The following are some guidelines to follow that will make your event at the St. Anthony of Padua Multipurpose Room run as smoothly as possible. These guidelines are established for your benefit so that the rental period including set-up and decorating of the hall are carried out without any problems. These guidelines are also to ensure that the Multipurpose Room is not damaged in any way. If you are unsure of any of these guidelines, please ask for clarification at the time the contract is signed.

Period of Rental

Normal period of rental usage is 6 hours. Shorter/Longer periods of time can be accommodated. When longer hours are involved, the fees may be adjusted accordingly. All functions are to end by midnight. A signed contract is required to reserve the Multipurpose Room.

Parish Representative

A representative of the parish will be present whenever the facility is being used. This is a safety issue and a matter of good care for our facilities.

Decorating/Setup

Users are expected to furnish a setup diagram to the booking manager one week in advance of their function. Users may have access to the facility prior to the beginning of their function for purpose of decorating. This is to be arranged in advance with the booking manager. All decorations must be removed from the premises prior to leaving at the end of the function. Routine setup and cleanup will be handled by St. Anthony’s and is covered by your rental fees but each user is expected to supply two people to assist with setup.

Read and follow the rules in Section 3 of the Rental Agreement regarding decorating. Candles must be placed in a glass container. Pyrotechnics are not allowed. Renters are encouraged to inspect the facility prior to signing the rental agreement. A second inspection should be made on the day of usage and any defects noted on the rental contract.

You are to supply your own ladders or lifts when decorating. All decorations must be removed at 12:00 Midnight the same day of the event.

Music

As a courtesy to our neighbors, we require that noise be held to a reasonable level.

Equipment
Rental of the facility includes the use of our round and rectangular tables, stacking and folding chairs, ice machine, beer tappers, sinks, counter tops, refrigeration space…but NO oven usage, utensils, china, linens or the like. If you would like a list of area businesses renting these supplies, please ask the booking manager.

Caterers/Kitchen Usage

Caterers/Renters are allowed access to the kitchen only to store their supplies and perform limited functions. The use of the sinks is permissible to wash dishes, but the dishwasher is not available. The counter tops can be used. Modest refrigeration space will be available and the ice machine is available for ice. Crock pots or similar heating devices can be brought in and used. However, the usage of the kitchen utensils, other equipment and appliances is not permitted. You are hiring the caterers and music; therefore, you are responsible that they also follow all the regulations of the Multipurpose Room. Please communicate with them.

Alcohol

The use of alcoholic beverage might involve the need for liquor licenses. Please ask our Booking Manager for a copy of our write-up on liquor license requirements and forms.

Insurance

In most cases we can secure insurance to protect your stay with us. Be sure to discuss this issue with the Booking Manager.

Rental Fees

The Reservation Manager (Gene Koebbe ph # 573 468 8671) will be happy to discuss our fees with you at any time.

Other Rules and Regulations

Absolutely no alcohol can be served to minors!

Bartenders have the right and responsibility to refuse anyone that they believe to be under 21 years of age or to be in an intoxicated state.

No Smoking inside or in any part the building. There will be containers outside for those individuals who wish to smoke.



 
St Anthony's MPR Rental Agreement
Before we can complete discussions of a rental and thus insure your rental time slot, we will ask users to review and excute a short rental agreement. Ask our Reservation Manager for a copy.

St Anthony's Hall(s) Key Rental Information
A rental information form has been developed to insure that no key area of rental activity is forgotten or left unavailable to both parties. We will request all users to fill out the form completely at the time of, or closely following, a rental committment.
 
Special Events Liability Insurance
Often times rental of our facilities includes secural of liability insurance to protect your stay. For more information, please discuss the subject with our Reservation Manager.
 
BARTENDER LIST
  A parish bartender list has been prepared in the event you need bartenders at your function. One person or more from this list must be utilize for events serving drinks. Please ask our for a copy when reserving a hall.

Liquor License Requirements
If you need help gaining a basic understanding of the liquor licenses which may be required for your event, please ask our Reservation Manager for a copy of the Liquor License Requirements and Forms document we have prepared.
